Terms For Purchase

For Singapore Buyers:
To Order:
1. To place an order, simply drop us an email info.sarawish@gmail.com with the following:
- your name & contact number
- mailing / recipient's address
- item code / name
- quantity
- payment mode (ATM transfer/IB transfer / Paypal / Credit /Debit Card)

2. Once we have received your email, we will check availability of the item(s). A confirmation email will be sent for you to proceed to make payment.

3. Transfer your payment using ATM / IB / Paypal / Credit Card / Debit Card (Internet Banking for Banks POSB/OCBC) after receiving the confirmation reply from us. Customer will be given 2 days to make payment otherwise the order will be null and void.

Handling and Postage Fee:
Standard Normal Delivery -
1 - 2 items: $2.00

3 - 4 items: $3.00

5 - 11 items: $4.00

Registered Mail - Do add in an additional of $2.50 should you opt for registered mail.

Disclaimer:
We will ensure the items are properly packed and sent in good condition. However, we will not be responsible for lost mail, or damaged mail in transition.

Please note that once item is sold it is not refundable.
